Elk Pot Pie Recipe

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients:

2 C frozen mixed vegetables

1/2 lb Ground Elk 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 small onion

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 C baking mix (bisquick or generic)

1/2 c Milk

1 egg

1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Garlic Salt

Directions

1- Heat oven to 400

2- Stir together vegetables, cooked elk burger, condensed soup, onion and black pepper and garlic salt in an ungreased 9 inch pie pan.

3- In a small bowl mix baking mix, milk, egg. Fold in cheddar cheese. Spread this mixture over the top of mixture in pie pan.

4- Bake approx 30 minutes or until golden brown.
