Crockpot Venison Fajitas

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb venison steak (round or flank)
1 c salsa
1/2 c Cilantro
1 med onion
1 Lime
2-3 cloves garlic
2 Peppers (I like red & yellow)
Sour Cream
Flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
1-Cut steak into small strips and place into crockpot
2-In a bowl, combine:
-Onion (cut into strips)
- Cilantro (as much, or as little as you like)
- Lime Juice (1/2 lime)
- 1/2 c Salsa
- Garlic (minced)
3- Add to crockpot. Set to LOW for 5 hours.
4- Add peppers and let cook for an additional hour.
Serve with warmed tortilla shells, sour cream, additional salsa and any other of your favorite toppings! I also like to add some spanish rice! ENJOY!
